The Company

The corporate group was formed at the beginning of the year 2018 with the arrival of the last fundamental elements for the materialization of the project. Formalizing in this way a personality of a legal nature. However, the project was idealized a lot longer. The project originated in 2010 and was gradually evolving after many conversations, simulations of applicability and prototypes, until the final model. The cost of making the elements for equipment was the biggest impediment in this timeline.

The company is located in the city of Itajaí, state of Santa Catarina, structured in all prerequisites for scalability: shed, employees, a lot of willpower and a "blue ocean" to be explored by us, mere conquerors.

The aim of the Company is not sell a product. Our objective is the delivery of a cost reduction service of approximately 20% with energy expenses, without the need for investment in assets by the client.

The Solution

  • In summary, the MP1 is an equipment that makes combined use of physical forces and makes possible as a final result the generation of the torque creating a high mobility. It is important to stress that the MP1 is not a “perpetual or moto-continuous equipment”.

  • The electric project of the propeller MP1 aims at replacing the combustion propellants used in alternator units. The pilot electric project built consumes approximately 35 KVA, but generates 440 KVA through the electrical generator (alternator) WEG. It exists and it is proven that there is a considerable gain in relation to consumption versus generation in the use of the propeller.
  • The use of the propeller changes the proposal of using the current electrical generators, which work the most of cases in the peak times but they charge a high price. This new proposal allows the use of the generator unit full-time. The use of the propeller in pairs allows the stability in the final generation, free of switches derived from maintenance or problems.
  • In addition, the propeller MP1 can has a combined use with combustion engines. The purpose of the combustion project is to use the propeller coupled to a combustion engine with a smaller cylinder capacity and provide lower consumption, but maintaining the same generation of mobility. In this case we can replace an engine of 12cc's for other of 4cc's and it is possible maintain the same final generation of horsepower with a lower consumption. The aim and the principals are the same as the electric project, the only thing that change is the source of energy or fuel, besides there are plenty of advantages.

  • The dimensioning of the initial project had the objective of meeting widely the range / capacity of diesel combustion engines used in electrical generator units in the market. Today the 70% of the electric generators market includes production units of 400 KVA, and the pilot project created serves the purpose of the ROI + payback issue, reduction of fossil energetic, reduction of operational cost, low noise and decrease to zero the CO2 emission. The project has the possibility of a scalable dimensioning and the applicability of the project allows serving a wide variety of needs and segments.

  • The dimensions of the propeller are compacts: 1800 mm (70.86 in) width – 1700 mm (66.92 in) height – 5000 mm (196.85 in) length. With these dimensions described before, it is possible the generation up to 2500 KVA.
  • The propeller dimensions increase proportionally with respect to the need of KVA of the final generation.

  • The MP1 can be applied in a situation of stationary combustion engine usually used in backup’s generators or shipped on means of transport and large-size equipment. Ships and trains have diesel combustion engines (or another similar fuel more dense than diesel) coupled to generator units - alternators - with the aim of powering several electrical engines in charge of the mobility of the vehicle. All the big equipment in the area of engineering, mining and off-road use electric motors distributed and powered by a combustion-generating power plant.
